Clow Named Employee of the Year by Council of Administrative Personnel

MACOMB, IL - - Former 麻豆传媒内幕 Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Billy Clow has been posthumously honored as the Council of Administrative Personnel (COAP) Employee of the Year.
Clow's nominators noted his commitment and passion for the University.
"Billy brings energy, enthusiasm and a deep sense of purpose to everything he does,鈥 they said. 鈥淗e consistently goes above and beyond the normal expectations of his role鈥攏ot for recognition, but because he genuinely believes in the mission and values of the University. Whether supporting faculty initiatives, mentoring staff or advocating for student success, Billy鈥檚 leadership is rooted in a sincere desire to make a meaningful difference."
His nominators also pointed to his work on bringing the new Goldfarb Center for Performing Arts to life.
"Billy was instrumental in bringing the Goldfarb Center for Performing Arts to campus,鈥 they said. 鈥淚 don't think the building would be there now if it wasn't for Billy. His dream is being realized as we speak."

麻豆传媒内幕president Kristi Mindrup said Clow鈥檚 memory will be felt for years to come on campus.
"Billy Clow鈥檚 lasting impact on 麻豆传媒内幕, the Goldfarb Center for Performing Arts, his colleagues, friends and especially students marks just the beginning of his lasting legacy of light, optimism and a physical place for community celebration of the arts in our region," Mindrup said.
The COAP Employee of the Year award aims to acknowledge exceptional performance by 麻豆传媒内幕employees who go above and beyond their regular duties, based on specific criteria. Nominations can come from supervisors, colleagues, faculty, students, staff or members of the community.
