麻豆传媒内幕School of Music to Host 53rd Annual Jazz Festival

MACOMB, IL---麻豆传媒内幕 School of Music will present the 53rd Annual Jazz Festival Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14, in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.

Friday鈥檚 main event will take place at a 7:30 p.m. concert by the 麻豆传媒内幕Jazz Band and Jazz Studio Orchestra (JSO), featuring Glenn Wilson, an acclaimed baritone saxophonist, composer and educator.

Student ensembles will participate in workshops with 麻豆传媒内幕jazz faculty and guest artists. In addition, clinics will be offered for all instruments and a jam session hosted by the Hopper Jazztet, WIU鈥檚 acclaimed faculty ensemble.

Friday evening's concert is open free to the public and will be live-streamed on the School of Music鈥檚 YouTube Channel.
